At The Nails Hub (thenailshub.in), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully, as we do not offer refunds.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Products are eligible for exchange within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, contact our customer support team at Thenailhub69@gmail.com or call +9773399113 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST). Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and a clear unboxing video or photos showing the product and packaging.

  • Conditions:

    • Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only.

    • The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

    • A reverse pickup will be arranged by our team where applicable. If reverse pickup is not available, customers may need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service, and shipping costs will be reimbursed upon verification.

  • Resolution: Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will dispatch a replacement product of the same or similar value, subject to availability. If the desired product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued for future purchases.

  • Non-Eligible Items: Customized products, used items, or products without original packaging/tags are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: The Nails Hub does not offer refunds for any products purchased on thenailshub.in, except in cases where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Exceptions: In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will verify the issue (via unboxing video/photos) and offer an exchange or store credit. No monetary refunds will be processed unless mandated by law.

  • Contact: For any queries, reach out to our customer support team at support@thenailshub.in within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/defective/wrong items.

Additional Notes

  • Ensure you record an unboxing video when receiving your order to support any exchange claims.

  • Shipping charges for urgent or faster delivery are non-refunded.

  • Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

  • The Nails Hub reserves the right to reject exchange requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.
